Trouble watching some programs on demand

Why is it some programs on demand say record and I can't watch them. The arrow is pointing down instead of across. Annoying has I can't watch some programs while away

To understand in detail, you are able to record  few programes however cant able to watch while away (ON THE GO.!) I belive you trying to watch on the go the recorded contents? 

You’ll need a Sky Q Multiscreen subscription to watch and download recordings from your Sky Q box to the Sky Go app (if you have Sky Q Multiscreen, you'll already have Sky Go Extra).

Please note: To watch BBC channels via Sky Go, you'll need a Sky Q Multiscreen subscription and to be connected to your Sky Q box (not available outside of the home). Some recordings aren't available to download to your device due to licensing restrictions.

This is because the app shows all content that is available and some can not be download due to rights issues.
