To use this service you need to upgrade your subscription

I havnt had my sky box on for quite a few months now, I've been paying it still so should all work the same. 
I have come to turn it all back on now and I'm getting the above message on all my tab icons except the TV guide option. 
I've done all the new updates etc thinking it may be that but even trying everything I can think of it's still saying the same thing. I have even changed from the HD download to SD download as I've read some messages on here. What can be done regarding the issue please?

Thank you so much for this info. 

I hadn't seen your message but this option to pay the viewing card came up when trying to select a programme on normal channel to watch and I did just that and it's worked. Thank fully 🙂

Hi @KerrieP28 

Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
