SKY when it this going to be fixed,
I have given it 2 weeks already
I have deleted the episode and when re downloading it, its just using what was in cache and no fresh download,
I need to subtitles for episde 2 - Episode 1 was fine, and tested 3 and 4 and they are fine
Cmon, you subtitle support is shockingly bad and the worst type of subs out of ALL media platforms

Looking at Tin Star S2 Ep2 'Resist Not Evil' this shows it does have subtitles. Can you try to delete this from your recordings, delete then from Manage > Deleted also?

It might say it has subtitles, it often does on Sky, but it doesn't. I have never watched this show just downloaded it and as tbe original poster pointed out there are no subtitles. Try yourself.

Sadly from my own personal experience this probably won't get it resolved. Had a similar issue myself and all I ever go back was it says it has subtitles so it must have or words to that effect despite a Community Moderator also weighing in...,

I think ill just download the episode from a torrent site,
even torrent site streamers have better subs than sky Q

oh yes i deleted it, then delete from manage deleted, its gone 100%
fresh download still no subs - as the fresh download has no %age resume, it didnt know where i was
