This

This tv does not support HDCP, I have done all that has been suggested but it still does not work.

@Clubber11  You need to provide a bit more info as you should be aware there are literally 1000's of TV out there.

 

Perhaps you could start with the Make & Model of your TV

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Clubber11Perhaps it does not, however do you have any sound equipment etc connected as every link in the chain including cables has to support HDCP.

My TV is Samsung not too sure on the model but I see this has been a problem for others, hence the reason I used all the tips provided to add without much success.

On the back of your TV, there's going to be a sticker showing the model number, serial number, etc.

 

If it's a smart TV, there's probably going to be an "About this TV" menu option somewhere in the settings.  While you're in there, there might be an option for HDCP in the settings.

 

If you bought this TV recently, the model number will be on the receipt/box.

 

Without  knowing the model of your Samsung TV, and whatever audio/visual components you have attached, it's very difficult to advise you.

@Clubber11  Really still need more info as what is being provided is not being helpful. As advised we need the T V Make & Model number as a starter.
