@Georgia+Lonsdale  I'm sorry but what do you mean by the "Internet Button" won't turn on, you need to provide a lot more information.

 

What device is it?  What are you trying to connect? When was everything working last?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you new to sky or upgraded to a different package . Can you "run tests" via data on my sky app
