No connection

No sky connection in our area and the next village but status saying all ok???!

@NXTI can see from social media that there is problems in Cambridgeshire. It might be best to either check the status of your services via the first link below.

But run a broadband test, this can be done via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
