Technical issues

Trying to take out a new contract been trying all day keeps saying we are experiencing techinal difficulties please try again later used the laptop aswel as mobile still showing same message. Sky phone line times over 45 minute wait time. Might be easier to nip into my local phone shop. Seems sky are not very good at maintaining the website latley should be an option to get a call back instead of expecting customers to wait so long for you to make a sale.

The phone lines are usually quieter after 9pm or when they open at 7am so perhaps if you can try calling around either of these times.
