Technical fault on all channels

Technical fault on this channel only on mini box any ideas ? I've tried restarting mini box

@Gab+S Have you tried rebooting your main box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

 

then reboot the mini box


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

I haven't tried main box only done mini box . Main box is working ok should I still try ?

Hi @Gab+S 

Most mini faults can be cured by first rebooting main Q box and then when this is fully up and running reboot the mini.
