I hit the wrong download

Inadvertently rented the joker in uhd, don’t have uhd tele. Now It won’t let me rent in he format.

If yiu haven't tried to watch the UHD version then you will not be charged so try deleting it and then try again with the HD version.

Hi @Johnorted 

 

If I haven't pressed play (or haven't been able to because of the format) you will not be charged.

 

To rent in SD/HD you first need to completely remove the Ultra HD download.

 

Go to Recordings and then Rentals and select the title. Choose Delete.

 

Now go to Recordings then Manage then Deleted and select the title in the list. Choose Delete forever.

 

Once deleted from rentals and deleted, you can go into Sky Store and select the title again, and you be able to choose the other formats.
