TV's turning off via remote using Puck

I have a Small Glass and 3 Pucks. Each of course runs against separate 2x LG TV's and a Sony. I've synced the remote as best I can. The volume seems to work. However, I can't get the TV to turn off with the Sky Glass remote. So the only reason I'm using the original TV remote is to power off. Seems crazy. Any ideas please?

Try a long press on the Glass remote power button.

Re: TV's turning off via remote using Puck

Have you used the right setting to link the remote to your TV? Initially the settings Sky suggested for my Sony TV changed the volume but did not turn the TV on/off, I tried one of the other settings and was able to power the TV  on and off.

If you are still having problems it might be worth going back through the set-up for the remote and trying some of the other TV settings.

No, that didn't work

That's frustrating, it worked for me after some trial and error, there's usually a setting that will work, but perhaps not for all TVs/models,

I went through many differnt settings and deventually it worked. Interestingly by putting in the actual model number in it didn't work.

Thanks @Duncanh454 for your advice

@Houghty64 That's what I found as well, using the model number allowed me to change the volume but not to turn the TV power on/off. Tried another settign and suddely all worked, glad you got yours sorted.

I had the same issue with two Panasonic TVs.

I used the find it for me option and it had 19 different options. I think it was no 12 that operated the TVs correctly.

i guess there could be multiple options for LG and Sony as well.
