hello, i have sky q And all the channels , cinema, kids. the lot. however it's suddenly telling me i have to upgrade in order to watch anything. bills are all upto date and sly have emailed me to confirm that i should have this. they gave me a list of things to try ( restarting my box, upgrading the software and hearwear )
but it's not working. anything else i can try ?
