I'm worried about what I may lose switching to new sky sim only. Photos are safe I think? but does anyone know if saved emails and documents and phone contacts are safe

@Annieg7 If you're just moving sims then all your emails etc should not be affected, if your worried you should ensure you backup the settings on your phone.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you contacts are saved on the sim then they will be safe as well.
