Swann security dvr / Cctv; connection issues due to firewall?

Hi. Swann security support tell me I need to contact my broadband provider to adjust settings. Firewall??

dvr set up on ethernet. Can not access the Cctv on an iPad or iPhone via WiFi, but can with mobile data. I can access my Cctv from any network other than my own. 

What do I do?..

Did they give you the exact settings you needed to have changed in order to access your CCTV? There's many different things that can be changed which impact firewalls so we need more specific info to help.

Its not a firewall issue if you can access it outside the network but not in. What address do you use when trying to view it from inside your network? It may be that you need to use the local address
