Hi. Swann security support tell me I need to contact my broadband provider to adjust settings. Firewall??
dvr set up on ethernet. Can not access the Cctv on an iPad or iPhone via WiFi, but can with mobile data. I can access my Cctv from any network other than my own.
What do I do?..
