I to cannot work at home and I'm guessing like yourself work 13.5 hour shifts,but at no point  have I asked sky to support  me,just a little compassion at this difficult time.

I hate automated replies...

 

I have been charged a while month of sky when I've only have it for a week. Then I have a double come out. This isn't good enough and I will cancel my contract and go to Virgin if this isn't resolved..............

Sky Q Multiscreen Pack £11

Sky BB £32 (no calls included)

 

I have Disney plus for £49.99 for the year paid directly to Disney.  No doubt there will be people with better deals.  I had some really good deals when I had Sky +.  I upgraded in October.  I would like BT Sport once things have settled down,  but seems expensive at £25.

Been on my sky app and its saying my bill has been paid and received how can that be when it hasn't gone from my bank account.. is that summat to do with the Coronavirus?

There was nothing automatic about my reply I had to spend a little of my own time researching where the link was 🙄 How ungrateful

its not a threat may I add... it's a genuine concern where I'm trying to feed my family and you've overcharged me with this response. I didn't realise Sky didn't recognise a key worker trying to sort things out and this is how I'm treated 😢 never mind me trying to feed my little boys who are 4 & 2 😢

Can you not read, I'm a sky customer!!!! You have never been or will be a customer of mine as I closed my business some time ago 🙄

When is the payment due?  DD's are normally requested 2 or 3 days before they actually leave the acccount, only if a DD bounces would the account go back to showing as unpaid.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Al+East+Lothian , I did my contract renewal in January & I am not that far off (£10 or so) & I think that's a good price. There were multiple Disney+ offers before the launch as I seen cash back ones advertised too. I signed up direct with Disney as I have a feeling they may do sport with ESPN etc in the future. A bargain anyway at your £49.99 compared to Sky @ £72

Only Sky themselves can answer this question for you @Anonymous  so you will have to try and make contact with Sky no matter if it is via phone or Twitter.

There is no magical answer to this I'm afraid @Irvin1512  because if you want to acncel all your Sky services you do need to get in contact with them even through difficult times like now.
