Subscription
I have a problem with sky Cinema and when I try to download a program that on tv it tell me I need to upgraded my tv but I have everything and I've even done all the troubleshoot problems that on the sky help page and still the same I called sky and they can not fix it so what do I do

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

- While you are waiting you could try this - DIY Signal Refresh AKA "Callback"
To refresh your viewing card
Settings, System Info, Viewing card, setup
Click the whole message which ends "Use this option to trigger a callback"
This initiates a refresh of the viewing card - it may take a little while to work and sometimes a retry.
