I know Spring Tide is available via STV on Sky Q. I found it by using a voice search. I cannot say if it's available from ITV. There have been issues with abailablility with ITV since the announcement of ITV X.
STV is only available in Scotland.

Spring Tide is available from STV Player. On Sky Q go to On Demand - Channels - STV Player. Or just search for Spring Tide on your Sky box. This version of STV Player is available across the UK, even outside of Scotland.

If you only have the basic Sky box then you're out of luck. Sky+HD can access it but it's been a long time since i've use that system and can't remember where Box Sets are located now.

If you have a Sky+ box then just search for it as all episodes from series 1 and 2 are there and will be until Sunday 31st July this year.
