Speaker tests on you tube - anyone else getting no bass sounds?

Had to unplug and leave it briefly after resetting all sound settings on glass then plug back in. 

then had to go through settings again and setup then reset, repeat process. 

Then they did some checks on their end by taking my mac address etc. my device rebooted without me doing anything (so unsure of what they did). 

I don't have access to the link for the Dolby video, I shall try and get back to you all on that one.

@Jayboy1990 thanks for the reply am gonna try and do the reset like you've done in a bit and see if it'll make any difference 🤞🤞🙏🙏

Best of luck. If it is faulty at least you can get a new glass. 

The agents first comment on the phone was that he wasn't trying to get out of replacing as they absolutely will if it's required. But, they wanted to go through this troubleshooting first.

Yeah my replacement is coming Saturday but the 2 sky tech s I spoke to never asked me to do any sort of  reset like what you've had to do.

Am just hoping that this replacement is ok sound wise and picture quality wise as CBA with my hassle, kinda hoping a reset might do the trick then i can ring them up and cancel the replacement 😂😂

@Jayboy1990 ok so I did a test on YouTube with your link and on lfe it did nothing so I proceeded to do a sound reset and switched off the TV and repeated this again then went on the link again and got the same result 😩😩.........roll on Saturday 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏

mmm I also have no sound when playing lLFE test and I've never noticed a difference with bass boost on/off

time to call sky I think....just once more issue to add to the rest.

@dogmatic6 I don't have anything with LFE either, however I don't know if this video will actually work properly either on glass.

Can anyone who has run the Dolby video on Glass say they get anything when it runs the lfe test please?

@Joe-Bow no nothing coming from my subwoofer when it gets to the lfe speaker when running this test on sky glass 😩

I think we need to verify that the test works on glass before we all start ringing sky

As mentioned above if anyone is hearing any sound on the LFE channel with that test please let us know!

Test doesn't work before or after reset for LFE,, for me!!!

I shall do a test tonight using the same link and doing it on my phone via a Bluetooth party speaker to see if am getting the same experience
