Spam going into inbox

Anyone have an issue with their Spam filter?

I have regular 'legal' mails going into Spam folder and recently lots of spam in to the main folder.

As frustrating as this is all you can do is to keeping marking them as not spam and set up a filter if it is the same emails that this keeps happening to.
