Could the moderator please review why all my posts are being removed by your SPAM FILTER

Hi @Godfrey, your posts have now been released - sorry about that.

 

In future this sort of thing isn't for escalating to the messaging platform, the agents don't moderate the forum but you can put it in the lounge.

@Chloe-W22 No but it worked, I don't know if mine has been released yet.

If the random spam filter is going to run over weekends there should be people reviewing them over the weekend.

I seem to be back now but it would be nice if people were told when they were restored.

I can see all posts whilst releasing them, the customer service agents don't moderate the forum.

I have written a formal complaint, it is unacceptable that posts can be blocked late Friday and not restored until Monday.

Until Sky have sorted out the spam filter perhaps they should pay someone to review them over the weekend.

Happened to me this weekend too and my post about it (similar to @Godfrey) doesn't seem to been released either.

Mine was restored yesterday but this morning the first message that I attempted to send has been immediately removed!
