Slow Wi-fi

the connection is very slow. I want to close the contract because I pay for nothing

You are paying for a guaranteed speed to the router

If you cancel please be aware of early termination charges.

We are not sky employees so have you have to contact sky to cancel

I asked you for stats- no response

Comnunity manager initiated an on line chat session - no response etc
