Re: Skyq not working

The Triax dSCR has coaxial cables connected to output ports 3 & 4, are they both serving your flat, or is there another resident connected to either of these dSCR multiswitch output ports.

Then, if theTriax dSCR is supplying this other resident, are they having any problems and are they using a Sky+HD receiver or a Sky Q receiver?

The Sky Q receiver Signal Strength and Quality readings, whilst configured to be in SCR LNB mode,  suggest that you are receiving the requested 'User Band' from the Triax dSCR during this problematic period, but, if that requested satellite transponder datastream is not available from the 'Legacy' multiswitches during this period it would tie in with the reported problem as you describe it.

Re: Skyq not working

@Godfrey ,Hi,the residents ive spoken too report,no problems.

Most of them has UK receivers or are connected to Polish TV.

I suspect the coaxial cable is being used for that purpose.

I have asked for the contractor to come back and consider

putting 20v power supply to the cabinet.

I dont hold much confidence of this outcome.

And most  my likely will have to cancel my subscription.

Re: Skyq not working

@Godfrey @bob1234 Hi I've paid the contractor to put a 20v power supply unit in my flat, I think its the best option all round.

Thank-you both for your input and fingers crossed that's it.
