@Asmer  Sky 535 has nothing to do with Sky TV UK.  It is a dutch company using a name similar to Sky UK

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have no idea how anyone could mistake Sky535 with Sky TV. I had a look at the Sky535 website and there is nothing there to make it look even close to Sky.

Anyone remember Sky Radio on Analogue Satellite TV way back?   Nothing to do with Sky either (another Dutch company) but quite a lot of people thought it was.
