Sky viewing card

I have 2 sky + boxes my brother was playing on the Xbox in the main room so I took the sky viewing card and paired it up in the other room to watch the football as it's got bt sport on it after the game I put it back in tried to pair it back it's not working why is that can anyone help?

Have you tried this via the box itself:

 

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice

 

If this doesn't work then you will need to call Sky for help.
