Sky tv app on ps5 unwatchable because its 50 hz.... how can we change it to 60hz as ps5 uses

So, I get a ps5 at long last, put in the sky tv app details annnd..its unwatchable... Great, the reason is that sky go uses an old 50hz image, the ps5 and xbox series x use 60 hz as a minimum which is crazy as they use upto 120hz.

Has anybody got an answer to this problem as the juddering picture truly is impossible to watch and only makes people want to go to sites like kodi instead
