Sky store

Why can't I use buy and keep on sky store when I haven't bought a film since December?! How had my credit limit been reached?

It might be that your credit limit was quite low so that one purchase you made in December has seen you hit the limit so this is something to take up with the Sky Store team so that can fix it for you:
