Free Vip film not working

Been given free film from Sky Vip. Sent instructions via mail. Followed instructions on sky store. It comes up as free but just says pending and doesn’t ask for pin. How can we correct this?

Is it saying pending when you are trying to purchase your free film from the Sky Store website, if so then I would contact Sky Store support about it:
