Sky store charge

Hi, I received a reward in skyvip of a free movie in sky store - Jumanji. I’ve just downloaded it, but it’s shown as £11.99. I thought when I clicked on it, it’d change to £0.00, but it hasn’t so I believe I’ve been charged £11.99 which I didn’t want to pay. Can you look into this for me please? Thank you.

The free one is Jumanji -Welcome to the Jungle 

I suggest contacting the Skystore team and see if they are in an understanding mood

Hopefully they will be lockdown friendly. You are definitely not the only one to do this. I think it's because there are two fairly new movies both called Jumanji- something.
