Daughter made unauthorised purchase!

Hi,

My 5 year old daughter managed to purchase "The Simpsons Movie" on Sky Store last night!  She worked out how to use the voice search and it transpires she memorised the PIN for the Sky Q box from when the engineer installed it unbeknowst to us.  I've now changed it.

She thought it was linked to Disney Plus where she's watched the film before so even more frustrating as we don't need to purchase as we already have access via Disney.

What's the best course of action to get this resolved?  We didn't watch the film and I've archived it from the box (it won't let you delete).  I have tried to reach support but phone and live chat are not available.

Hopefully someone can help - she is very upset about it after getting told off by mum and dad 😞

Just a quick follow-up... she came and told us what she'd done and it didn't appear that she had started to watch it but I can't be 100% sure she didn't start to play it for the first few seconds as she sneaked in the room while we were elsewhere...

remembering the PIN / voice search - first class 👏👏. You should be more proud than annoyed 

If it was a rental and you didn't press play then you won't be charged
