Sky sent wrong tv and stand sky glass

I ordered my sky glass TV on 21/11, delivery came 24/11 (paid for next day and obviously that didn't happen) when it arrived they took photos in my house yep ok by me, they then discovered sky sent a large stand for medium TV!!! Obviously they took it away as the order was wrong, again I thought this was ok. I then spent hours waiting for sky to sort the problem and reorder it. They eventually phoned me back at 5pm to tell me it had to go to a specialist team. They phoned the next day saying that because panther put it on the system wrong they couldn't reorder it and could only request a collection of the TV, which I don't have! So they said they would raise a customer resolution form, however this can apparently take 72 hours to get sorted. I explained politely on the phone that this is not acceptable as the errors have been created by sky and panther and not myself however it is me that has to continue to wait (I stupidly thought that it would be ok and gave my TV away on the morning I was expecting the tv). I was told they would phone to update me today but no they felt a text was sufficient to say still waiting on the form they will update me by sms on Monday. 
Has anyone else experienced this from Sky? If so how long did it take to get it resolved.

at this time I can't even cancel it apparently because skys system says it's at my house. 

I'm so frustrated at the lack of ability to speak to the people who can sort this out. 
min the mean time I've paid upfront costs, quicker delivery fee and still have no product, but plenty of emails asking me to activate my new sky glass.

All I'll say is good luck. I had a tv where the delivery got cancelled at the point of delivery due to faulty screws for the stand. This was on the 22/10 panther took it away the replacement finally got delivered Friday 26/11.

Honestly I am loosing my will with this I can't even cancel the whole thing due to what is apparently panther or sky's fault depending on who you are talking to at the time. 
I also can't get my next day delivery fee refunded for some reason no one seems to be the right people and you cant talk to the people in the 'sky glass back office'!! 

I'm pleased you have eventually got this sorted.

@Pricer6379 @Know the feeling I kept getting the blame game between sky and panther. I ended up emailing Dana strong to get a result even then it was slow.
