Sky remote not working

My sky remote has stopped working.  I have tried to re-pair it and restarted SkyQ box several times. I have done this right in fron of box and still will not contol it. I have pressed down 7&9 to reset and then 1&3. The remote flashes but will not control the box. Anything else i can try?
