Hi, all.
I'm having an issue with my Sky Q boxes with pixelated channels. Not all channels are pixelated mind which I find odd. The signal incoming is good I'm losing access to my watched channels which is annoying and it's been like it all over Christmas. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you use your own dish or is it a shared communal dish?

@GD1 Thanks for the quick response. I don't have a communal dish. I have tried all the basic things i can do my end. I have done multiple reboots and restarts. I have changed the hdmi wires on both Sky Q and the mini boxes. The issues still persist. I don't understand how it's an alignment issue, however its an issue that can be dealt with by the engineer, as I don't know what I would need to do

I would give Sky a call to book an engineer.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Sky presently use 65 satellite transponder signals, but the Sky Q receiver Signal Strength and Quality indication only reflects the status of Tp4, the default transponder frequency.
This image shows the number of transponder signals that are likely to fail if a Sky Zone 1 satellite dish is not correctly pointed at the Astra 28.2 East satellite cluster.
Godfrey.
