Sky q mini

I updated the main sky q box. I just updated the sky q mini and stuck on the error message "please go to sky.com/softwareupdate" and follow these instructions. It's not allowing me to do anything else I have turned it off and on and still nothing

Obviously plugged in at the wall 🙄 sky advised me earlier to turn it off and on

Obviously it's plugged in at the wall. That's not what I asked.... But feel free to roll your eyes at someone trying to clarify things to help you out.

Hi @Laurenlouxx  Try resetting the Mini box:-

Switch the Sky Q Mini box off at the mains. Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains. Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds
