Sky q mini box stuck with red standby light and not working

The box powers up,  no signal sent to TV,  red standby light on,  reset button held at back with no change,  also standby button held down with no change. Tried unplugging and leaving for 5 mins, then tried all again with no luck.

I have unplugged, reset and now have the red light on but it is stuck on standby, I have on my tv =  LG No Signal , I just can't get it to work , tried everything I have read about and still nothing. 🤬.
