Sky q mini box connection

Why everytime we have a power outage is it so Difficult to recconnect? Its ridiculous tbh I've had no second box for two days now. Reactivate etc etc etc I've done the lot. Main box is in the room below. I'm sick of it.

Have you tried calling Sky to sort out your issues ?
