Q180 and 2TB Box Issues ?

I upgraded to a 2TB box recently. When I received the box, it arrived with Q140 software. I did a reset prior to updating to Q180 to do a clean install as such. A reset on Q140 was instant... box restarted and the fan revved up as soon as I clicked OK to complete the reset.

After updating, I had a few issues with the box so did another reset. It took around 6 minutes for the box to reset... after clicking OK, the box turned off but it was almost 6 mins before the box reset itself (the point where the fan kicks in and welcome screen appears).

Yesterday, my box failed to start up and a hard reset failed. Sky replaced it and another 2TB box arrived today. I'm now having issues with this box after updating to Q180. TV Guide fails to load and simply says 'waiting for TV schedule'. I've just done another reset and this took 5-6 mins to complete.

Has anyone else had similar issues as it seems apparent to me there are issues with Q180. Why is the reset taking so long to initiate?

My box is running Q180.000.16 but I see many references across the forum to Q180.000.17... is my software version correct?

On another note, I've had none of the issues people are reporting with downloading - touch wood, downloads are working perfectly.

I had a new box which wouldn't boot properly after updating. Second replacement was/is fine.
