Sky q box won't install on a different tv

We are moving rooms around and the sky q box will not show on a different tv thats been moved to the room the main sky q box is in. The TV I wish to use had the sky q mini box attached so it's not a problem with the TV.

When connected to the TV the screen comes up saying hello then the next screen comes up saying things will be ready in a couple of minutes the screen then goes blank and nothing happens I have tried resetting the box by unplugging it and holding the standby button in when reconnecting the power and the same happens.

Any suggestions would be greatly received

hi @Mickf2021 try resetting the Video resolution by pressing

Home 1 0 8 0 Home in sequence after it has had time to start

@Mickf2021Have you made any other changes like moving the router or disconnected the main box as it should make no difference if you change TVs about.

@Mickf2021  When starting the box after the blue home screen appears and tells you to select home, try selecting the power button instead.

It would alsio be usefule to know if the ild TV was UHD and if the new TV is also UHD?  Was the box setup on 2160p?

The TV worked with a mini box so can't be the resolution unless it is a very old TV and not a full HD one and the box is set to 1080p.
