I have paid to rent a movie and it is showing as 200% downloaded and still downloading although % not changing.
There is no obvious way to start the download again?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry pausing the download in the downloads section of the planner, leave it paused for a few minutes and then unpause it. If this hasn't worked try deleting it and deleting it again from the deleted folder if it ends up in it and then try downloading it again.
You are only charged when you start to watch a rented title and not when you download it.
