I have just received my sky q mini box and i cant find no Disney + on it can some one tell me why

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date - to check & refresh if needed follow this link:

Please be aware the step to refresh the Software often takes 2 or 3 attempts even though it may appear to work it sometimes refreshes the old software (The latest version is Q150 & you need Q140 or later)
