Network Proximity Error

I have a 1TB Sky Q box and one mini box.  The Sky Q box was connected via  ethernet and the mini was connected using WiFi however a couple of onths ago the mini box stopped connecting via wifi.  I have now connected it via ethernet but the signal drops out, the broadcast freezes and I get network proximity errors mutiple times a day to the extent that the mini box is unwatchable.  Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how do I fix it?  I've had the same set up for years and this problem only started about 2 months ago.

Re: Network Proximity Error

Have you turned Wi-Fi off on the mini box, it may still be trying to use that than Ethernet.

@Sovereign+Sharon

1) Press the ‘Home’ button on your remote control.
2) Scroll down to highlight ‘Settings’ but DO NOTpress select.
3) Press ‘001’.
4) Press ‘Select’

Then: Network -
- 2.4Ghz wireless - Off
- 5Ghz wireless - Off

Re: Network Proximity Error

@Sovereign+Sharon Has the Wi-Fi  come back on again on the mini box? Did you try a network reset on the mini?
