Sky mini box won't switch on since installing eero mesh system

Hi there and Happy Chrimbo to all!

Last week we installed an Eero mesh system, everything has set up perfectly, wifi boosted throughout the house. Our Sky Q is fine, the only thing is our mini box in the bedroom won't switch on at all, the red light just stays on.  I have rebooted the main Sky Q box, done the same with the mini box (so the remote is working), but to no avail.  Can anyone offer a grain of help please?

if there's nothing connected to the mini, e.g. Ethernet lead, and it's not turning on then it may have simply failed.  You get no picture at all?

Hi @PandJ2020 - thanks for replying.

The mini is plugged into the wall and just has the one HDMI lead going from the back of the television to the back of the box.

The light on the mini box is red - but when I press the remote to switch it on is doesn't do anything - not even a faint flash, it doesn't change colour, just stays steady red.  The remote must be working because I had to press the Home button when I rebooted it.

There is no picture on the television when it is on channel AV4 - x

Just in case anyone else has the same problem.... I eventually got through to a human at SKY. I was asked to press the WPS button on the front of the Mini Box, which turned green, therfore showing the box was fine, and it was the remote that was at fault.  I have just received a replacement remote and it is working perfectly.
