Sky mini box now working

Sky Q mini box will not turn on its just staying on the blue page with step 1 of 4 and nothing I do gets me past that screen

@Andrewshaw21  1st thing to try & Sky would get you to do this anyway.  Power down the mini for about a mionute, then power back up.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
