Sky mini box advanced settings dont have hotspot option on menu

Trying to boost connection from sky mini box to smart TV in bedroom about 25 feet away, connection cuts in and out. I've followed directions to go to settings on sky remote and advance settings but hot spot not listed

The setting is only available on the main box and sets it on/off for all boxes

Hi, we checked main sky box and it doesn't have hot spots under settings either

With Sky as your provider Hotspots on Q boxes are automatically on and there is no setting.

Only by switching off all Q television box WiFi, at which point an ethernet connection is required for functionality.

1) Press the ‘Home’ button on your remote control.
2) Scroll down to highlight ‘Settings’ but DO NOTpress select.
3) Press ‘001’.
4) Press ‘Select’


Then: Network -

- 2.4Ghz wireless - Off

- 5Ghz wireless - Off
