Sky keeps logging out

Each time my internet connection drops (which is regularly) I have to log back into my sky q box, which is inconvenient. Please can you tell me how I can resolve this?

@Kittons  How long are you waiting for Sky to reconnect itself? It can take several minutes after your internet connection is re-established by your router.

Why does your internet connection drop regularly? That's not normal. Is it really dropping the internet side or is the router wifi misbehaving?
