Sky go

I got new router for sky super fast and sky go will not work at all, when  I sign in it's says there's an error . I've uninstalled it and downloaded another one still not working this is on my iPad and my iPhone

To use Sky Go, you need to subscribe to a Sky TV package. Sky Go isn’t supported on Beta versions of iOS. If you're having problems, you'll need to roll back your device firmware.

The error message has gone it's now saying when I sign in there's technical issues and I can't watch any channels and to please try again later I've tried everything and it's still not working

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
