Sky go on xbox not working

Took xbox one away , have Internet,  live gold subscription but sky go app only allowing catch up and box sets no live channels.  Error message try again later

Not sure what you mean but this have you tried rebooting your console and clearing it's cache ?

Away from home sorry to watch sky go extra via xbox app. Yes rebooted , unloaded app and re loaded . Reset xbox , made sure I had an active subscription on  xbox which you need to use app . Just get an error message.  Have deleted devices on sky go and is showing xbox not sure where to go from there.  Spent 4 hours trying to sort it . I have sky q multi room at home . App working on phone , ipad just xbox
