my sky go app on the PS4 has stopped working. When I click into it, it says "we are having problems contacting sky. please try again later". What do I need to do to resolve this issue?

Try deleting the app and installing it again.

I had this issue after not using my ps4 app for months.

I tried reinstalling yesterday but that didn't work.

Later on I went to my settings and deleted my ps4 from my sky go devices.

When I turned on my ps4 today, it worked. I had to re-sign in.

Hopefully it'll help.

I connected a new lan line direct from router to my playstation and it started to work
