I'm sky VIP diamond and was told we'd still have sky go extra due to this. Despite the message on my PlayStation saying I needed sky go extra to watch I was able to download a show on to my iPad. Very confused.

Can you add Sky Go Extra as a reward via Sky VIP @Kev1388 as you have replied to my earlier post about this as you should qualify for it.

Unfortunately I'm not seeing it as an option when I scroll down my sky VIP benefits in the My Sky app or the website. Is there a way I can message sky or am I best to call?
