Sky glass technical fault

Just moved to sky glass from sky. W very disappointed at the moment on the puck there is a technical fault with this channel, have to change channel to watch anything, very frustrating!  Wi-Fi is very good as we have virgin, think we might go back to sky w

Glass can be a temperamental brute on WiFi. Stability can be improved by connecting direct to your router via ethernet and disabling WiFi which isn't ideal for many people. 

If it doesn't improve then don't hesitate to go back to Q - Sky have been good at switching people back relatively easily.
