Sky email maybe fraud?

i have received an email from Sky saying i have been chosen as their winner for taking part in their survey (sender was Sky Research Team). 

They had part information like my sky account number (first few digits and last) same with my postcode. they asked if i could send them my name and full address but asked for no other information from me.

I have tried to find a number to call to varify with Sky if this is legitimate but can't seem to find a telephone number or way to contact Sky. Could someone please help me out and give me advise?

I suppose the question has to be asked, have you taken part in any surveys for Sky recently, if not then I would treat this with caution especially as I doubt Sky would ask you for your full name and address as any sort of security measure.

I think i did as i upgraded last month in August and think i did this after. but really concerned about Fraud.

@SuzieFish if you're not sure whether or not you've recently completed a survey which may have prompted this, then I'd be very cautious.

I don't know whether the customer call centre would have any knowledge of you winning. But as they're asking for your address details, I do wonder if the survey was conducted outside Sky's normal customer facing activities, and if so, the call centre may not be aware.
